Manchester United has revealed a new training kit sponsorship agreement with Betway, valued at approximately £20 million annually. This deal, considered the most valuable of its kind globally, will see the Betway logo displayed on the training attire for both the men’s and women’s squads, along with signage at Old Trafford.
The club operated without a training kit sponsor for the previous season following the conclusion of their partnership with Tezos in June 2025. Returning to the Champions League was a key factor in landing this record-breaking contract. The timing coincides with incoming Premier League rules that prohibit gambling companies from sponsoring the front of matchday jerseys starting next year.
Marc Armstrong, the chief business officer at United, stated that the partnership highlights the club’s growth and its continued appeal to major international brands looking to connect with a large, global audience.
