King Ochacho Dismisses ₦400m Mansion Gift to Peller as Minor Gesture

Real estate developer King Ochacho has described the ₦400 million Abuja mansion he gave to TikTok stars Peller and Jarvis as a small gesture, while also announcing a new nationwide school fee sponsorship program.

Real estate mogul Mohamed Adah, widely known as King Ochacho, recently downplayed the ₦400 million mansion he presented to TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and his wife Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis). Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, shortly after their Lagos wedding, the Ochacho Real Homes founder insisted that the Abuja residence is negligible compared to his family’s wealth.

Ochacho stated that for his business ventures, ₦400 million is a trivial amount. He clarified that the generous gift was motivated by Peller’s positive character, noting that he believes in the principle of receiving double blessings for acts of giving. Furthermore, he hinted that larger gifts for the content creator are forthcoming, suggesting that the house is merely the start of his support.

Beyond his generosity toward the couple, Ochacho announced an initiative to pay tuition fees for students nationwide. In honor of his son Ice King’s birthday this Thursday, he plans to settle school bills directly with institutions for those who provide verified academic records. The businessman expressed a strong commitment to this charitable effort, emphasizing that he is prepared to assist students across the country.
