During a live broadcast, the social media personality stated that a surge of local hoodlums, locally known as agberos, caused significant trouble for his attendees. He claimed that the number of agitators outside the venue exceeded the guest count, leading to multiple reports of stolen mobile devices. Peller noted that he personally compensated several guests for their lost property to mitigate the situation.
One specific incident involved a female guest who had her phone forcibly taken as she attempted to enter the gates. Furthermore, while Peller was occupied with the ceremony inside, he was informed of a vehicular accident involving an individual who had obstructed a driver.
