Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, has announced the arrival of a daughter with his wife, Olori Oluwatosin Ogunwusi. This update was shared on Sunday in Ile-Ife by the monarch’s senior media representative, Sodiq Lawal, acting for Moses Olafare, the director of media and public affairs.
Olafare highlighted the family’s appreciation to God, calling the child a gift to the House of Oduduwa. The Ooni acknowledged the faithfulness of the Almighty for a safe delivery. The monarch expressed his hope that the young princess will experience a life marked by wisdom, honor, and favor.
It was further confirmed that both the mother and child are doing well. The Ooni offered prayers for ongoing protection for his family, alongside prosperity and peace for the House of Oduduwa. He concluded by wishing the child a life characterized by purpose and divine guidance.
