A statement released on Sunday from Damaturu by Mamman Mohammed, the Governor’s Director-General of Press and Media Affairs, noted that Yobe has experienced a series of significant losses in a brief window. The Governor specifically mentioned the passing of Dr. Bukar Aji, the Emir of Ngazargamu, along with Alhaji Ligali Lawan Ma’aji and Hajiya Fatima Umar Mairiga, who served as the Deputy Women Leader for the All Progressives Congress.
