Historically, clubs often decline following the departure of highly successful leaders, as seen with Manchester United after Alex Ferguson’s 2013 retirement. However, Maresca remains optimistic about City’s future success. He highlighted the club’s organizational stability, noting that employing only three managers over 17 years is an exceptional track record that fosters confidence in continued excellence.
