Despite previously being seen as a top prospect, Garnacho has failed to secure a consistent role under recent managers, including Enzo Maresca and Liam Rosenior.
New Chelsea head coach Xabi Alonso appears ready to move on from the Argentine forward, with the club seeking a fee near £34 million for a permanent departure. While AS Roma is also monitoring the situation, Unai Emery is pushing for the deal, having tried to sign Garnacho before he moved to Stamford Bridge.
