During a discussion with DW, the former governor of Anambra State articulated his vision for a government that prioritizes systemic efficiency over personal vendettas. He explicitly stated that he would not use his position to harass rivals, choosing instead to engage with them constructively.
Obi explained that he intends to treat opposition parties as a necessary check on power. He expressed a desire to invite political critics to the table during national crises, such as the ongoing instability in Northern Nigeria, to collaboratively develop practical solutions for the country.
