Governor Otti emphasized that these projects coincide with his state-wide initiative to modernize public education facilities. He expressed gratitude to the residents of Ndume Otuka for their cooperation and reiterated his government’s commitment to delivering essential infrastructure throughout the state.

The event was attended by prominent political figures and state officials, who praised the governor’s focus on regional development. Local representatives, including Okezie Onyemauwa, welcomed the directive as a vital step in honoring the history of the area.
