Carabao Cup Draw: City Set to Face Spurs, Liverpool to Visit Brighton
The draw for the 2024/25 Carabao Cup fourth round has produced several exciting fixtures, including a thrilling clash between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, while holders Liverpool will face a challenging trip to Brighton.
Manchester United will host Leicester City at Old Trafford, and Crystal Palace will travel to Aston Villa in two all-Premier League matchups.
Championship sides Sheffield Wednesday, Stoke City, and Preston North End remain in the competition, with AFC Wimbledon or Newcastle United set to face Chelsea after their delayed third-round tie, rescheduled for October 1.
The fourth-round matches are scheduled for the week beginning October 29.
In the Carabao Cup, also known as the EFL Cup, the tournament follows a knockout format.
After the fourth round, which features the last 16 teams, the competition progresses to the quarter-finals.
At this stage, the remaining eight teams will compete in single-elimination matches, with the winners advancing to the semi-finals.
