Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the vice-presidential candidate for the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has encouraged party members to maintain their composure while navigating ongoing legal issues. He emphasized that the organization remains dedicated to its goals for the 2027 elections.
The former Kano State governor shared this update via social media on Sunday following a meeting with the party’s National Leader, Senator Seriake Dickson, in Abuja. Kwankwaso described the visit as a necessary step to bolster the party’s internal cohesion and tactical planning for future political contests.
Reiterating his faith in the legal system, Kwankwaso stated that the party continues to uphold the rule of law. He dismissed current difficulties as temporary, noting that they cannot undermine a movement centered on justice and public aspirations. He requested that supporters stay patient and determined, as the party works through a Federal High Court case currently impacting its operations.
