The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially declared that the list of primary election winners currently circulating online is unauthorized and false. Mr. Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, issued a statement in Abuja on Sunday clarifying that the organization has not yet published any official results.
Morka advised party members, stakeholders, and the general public to ignore any reports suggesting otherwise. He emphasized that the party will notify successful candidates through designated official channels and issue certificates of return following standard internal procedures. He urged everyone to wait for verified communications directly from the APC leadership.
While the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun accepting candidate submissions for the 2027 general elections, the APC stated that it is currently engaged in internal verification. According to party sources, the decision to disown the fake list was necessary to prevent public confusion and misinformation among aspirants and voters.
