Serie A powerhouse Juventus has identified Nigerian international Maduka Okoye as a primary transfer target, as reported by the DAILY POST. Following difficulties in securing their preferred candidate from Aston Villa, the Bianconeri have shifted their focus toward the Udinese shot-stopper, according to insights from Tutto Udinese.
Okoye is coming off an impressive season in Italy, during which he earned the Udinese Player of the Season honors. The 26-year-old solidified his position by keeping nine clean sheets throughout his 30 league appearances for the club.
Current reports indicate that Udinese is willing to part ways with the goalkeeper provided they can secure an adequate replacement. The Friuli-based side has already earmarked Bologna’s Federico Ravaglia as a potential successor should Okoye depart.
