Antonelli credits his current success to the lessons learned during a challenging rookie campaign last year. After finishing seventh in the standings and struggling with his self-belief, he views those hardships as essential to his growth. The driver currently leads the qualifying head-to-head against Russell, maintaining an average advantage of 0.110 seconds.
