Sibling Rift Emerges Over Michael Jackson Estate Management
A new conflict has surfaced regarding the multi-billion-dollar estate of Michael Jackson, as his daughter, Paris Jackson, reportedly clashes with the estate’s executors.
Court documents filed by John Branca and John McClain allege that a previously reached agreement between the three siblings—Paris, Prince, and Bigi—fell through when Paris withdrew her support just before it was finalized.
The executors claim the initial deal was mediated through Bigi’s legal team under the impression that they represented all three heirs.
However, Paris’s representatives allegedly reversed course, introducing new demands for heightened financial transparency. At the heart of the disagreement is Paris’s push for stricter court oversight regarding the approval of significant payments and bonuses to the estate’s legal counsel.
While the executors have characterized the reversal as a setback, sources close to Paris argue that she is being unfairly targeted for demanding accountability over the family’s wealth.
Amid the friction, Bigi is reportedly attempting to mediate between his sister and the executors to find a resolution. Since Jackson’s death in 2009, his estate has remained a financial powerhouse, making these internal disputes a matter of significant public and industry interest.
