Chargers’ Ben Cleveland Reaches Major Divorce Settlement Following DUI Case
Los Angeles Chargers offensive lineman Ben Cleveland has moved to finalize his divorce from Kaitlyn Terrell Cleveland through a comprehensive settlement filed in Georgia.
Under the terms of the agreement, the professional athlete has committed to a $550,000 lump sum payment, a portion of which will settle the balance on a 2024 Land Rover awarded to his former spouse.
This financial arrangement reportedly serves as compensation for Kaitlyn’s decision to waive her claims to specific real estate assets previously shared by the couple.
The settlement detailed a specific division of personal property, with Ben retaining two properties in Georgia along with a firearm and thermal scope, while relinquishing rights to various household items and a golf cart.
Both parties have consented to a mutual non-disparagement clause that strictly forbids negative public comments or social media posts regarding one another.
Although the legal proceedings were initiated by Ben in early 2025 following a DUI arrest and allegations of infidelity—which Kaitlyn subsequently denied—the pair is now seeking an expedited judicial approval to conclude their two-year marriage.
