Elon Musk Reveals Drug Test Results After Report Claims He Uses ‘Cocktail Of Substances’

Elon Musk has shared the results of a recent drug test after a shocking report accused him of using multiple illegal drugs while serving as an adviser to former U.S. President Donald Trump.

The New York Times report alleged that while leading the Department of Government Efficiency under the Trump administration, Elon Musk frequently used drugs including ketamine, ecstasy, cocaine, and psychedelic mushrooms.

It claimed his ketamine use was so excessive it led to bladder problems and that he often carried around a personal stash of 20 pills. The report further stated that his drug use escalated alongside his growing political influence and after contributing at least \$275 million to Trump’s presidential campaign.

Musk has consistently denied the claims, previously stating: “If you’ve used too much ketamine, you can’t really get work done, and I have a lot of work.”

To refute the allegations, Musk posted the results of a recent urine drug test on his X (formerly Twitter) account. The test, conducted at Fastest Labs of South Austin, reportedly screened for substances such as ketamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and amphetamines — all of which came back negative.

He shared the post with a brief caption: “lol.”

Musk’s decision to share the drug test results comes as tensions with Trump continue to rise. Their previously close relationship has unraveled in recent months, fueled by a string of contentious social media posts.

In one instance, Musk suggested Trump had connections to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein — a statement he later retracted, acknowledging he had “gone too far.”

Musk has also openly criticized Trump’s key legislative efforts, describing the former president’s flagship tax and spending package as a “disgusting abomination” and warning it would heavily burden American taxpayers.

Trump responded from the Oval Office, voicing his disappointment and distancing himself from Musk. The feud sparked a sharp market downturn, with Tesla shares dropping more than 14%, slashing about $150 billion from the company’s value and cutting Musk’s personal fortune by roughly $20 billion.

In a final jab, Musk said: “Without me, Trump would have lost the election. Such ingratitude.”
