Suspected Bandits Kill Moniepoint Training Officer in Zamfara

Gunmen suspected to be bandits have killed a Moniepoint training officer in Zamfara State.

According to one Umar Lawan Hassan, the victim identified was shot dead by the assailants on Thursday morning, May 23, 2024.

Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.

“Innalillahi Wainna Ilaihirrajiun. Bandits killed our MONIEPOINT state training officer (STO) ZAMFARA II, shot him today morning @Admitted to hospital and finally dead. May mighty Allah forgive his sins, may Jannatul Firdaus be his final abode Amen,” he wrote.
