State Publicity Secretary Kasim AlMustapha issued the formal statement following the death of Bello Umar Abdullahi, who succumbed to gunshot wounds inflicted during a raid by suspected bandits. The party emphasized that this tragedy highlights the ongoing danger facing Zamfara residents, who remain trapped in a cycle of murder, abduction, and forced displacement.
Surajo Garba Mai Katako, the NDC Chairman in Zamfara, expressed profound sorrow regarding the loss and shared his sympathy with the bereaved family. Despite official pledges to combat violent crime, many local communities still endure constant peril.
