As the Osun State gubernatorial election approaches this Saturday, Primate Elijah Ayodele, head of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has declared that Governor Ademola Adeleke has received divine approval for a second term. Despite this spiritual endorsement, the cleric cautioned that the All Progressives Congress (APC) might challenge the results.
Ayodele suggested that the APC is shifting its focus away from traditional campaigning, instead preparing tactics to undermine the outcome after the ballots are cast. He urged the governor to remain vigilant and maintain strict oversight throughout the process.
The Primate explicitly warned that while Adeleke is set to emerge victorious, the opposition is plotting to seize power through alternative channels. He advised the governor to stay alert to ensure that the electoral win remains secure until the final results are official.
