Maika Sivo continued his prolific form by scoring two tries in Leeds Rhinos’ commanding victory over reigning champions Hull KR at Headingley. This performance extends Sivo’s remarkable scoring streak to 15 tries over nine consecutive matches, bringing his seasonal total to 27 and helping the Rhinos extend their lead at the top of the table.
The scoring began with Chris Hankinson, followed by Jake Connor, who contributed by converting two penalties. By the time the halftime whistle blew, Leeds held an 18-2 advantage, a position further solidified by Rhyse Martin being sent to the sin-bin for the Robins. Although Hull KR’s Noah Booth managed to respond with a try, Leeds maintained control as Connor and Ash Handley both added their names to the scoresheet to seal the win.
