Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to President Bola Tinubu, has dismissed Peter Obi as being clueless. This remark followed an interview where the former presidential candidate for the Labour Party recounted his experiences as the Governor of Anambra State.
During a conversation with Chude Jideonwo, Obi shared anecdotes about reaching out to former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and the late Musa Yar’Adua during times of crisis. Obi noted that he contacted Obasanjo at 2:00 a.m. regarding a severe erosion incident that destroyed a house. He also highlighted how Yar’Adua maintained daily contact with him to assist during a period of intense criminal activity.
In response to these claims, Onanuga utilized the social media platform X to assert that Obi remains clueless today, just as he was during his tenure as governor.
