Atiku Abubakar expresses condolences following death of Nkechi Stella Rhodes-Vivour

Atiku Abubakar has offered his condolences to Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour following the passing of his mother, Nkechi Stella Rhodes-Vivour.

Atiku Abubakar, who is set to run for president in 2027 under the African Democratic Congress banner, has offered his sympathies regarding the death of Nkechi Stella Rhodes-Vivour. She was the mother of Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, a former gubernatorial candidate for Lagos State.

Sharing his thoughts on X this Monday, the politician noted that language often falls short when offering comfort to those grieving a family member. News of the matriarch’s passing was initially made public by her son earlier that same day.

In his statement, Atiku expressed his sorrow over the loss. He extended his support to Gbadebo and the entire family circle during this difficult period. His message included a prayer for divine mercy and forgiveness for the deceased, while wishing the family resilience and peace as they navigate their mourning process.
