British Airways staff member arrested for allegedly assaulting stewardess after night out between flights
A British Airways crew member has reportedly been detained in Singapore following allegations of assaulting a stewardess colleague.
According to Mail Online, the unnamed man was taken into custody last night after being accused of attacking the woman after a night out between flights.
Two female British Airways staff members have reportedly been flown back home following the incident.
Airline managers have also traveled to Singapore to coordinate with local authorities and the detained crew member, who remains in custody.
According to The Sun, a source stated: “Everyone is in shock. The steward accused has been with BA for years.
“The case falls under Singaporean jurisdiction and is causing major concerns for aviation executives.”

The married father-of-one had bragged about his actions to a stewardess colleague in 2023 but was later reinstated as a pilot.
