Goalkeeper Michaely Bihina played a pivotal role for Cameroon, blocking four penalty attempts before Myriam Maéva Nyadjou netted the winning shot. These results mean Malawi, Cameroon, Morocco, and Algeria have all secured spots at the upcoming Women’s World Cup in Brazil. This marks a debut appearance for both Malawi and Algeria, whereas Morocco prepares for its second tournament and Cameroon returns following appearances in 2015 and 2019. The title match is scheduled for this Sunday.
