Apostle Joshua Aghasedo of Powerline Church recently told his congregation that utilizing sex toys within a marriage is not a sin. He likened these items to everyday tools like cars or mobile phones, suggesting they are simply pieces of equipment designed to assist with specific tasks.
During his address, the clergyman explained that sex toys could help couples achieve a high level of intimacy, noting that they might assist with ninety percent of the process, leaving the remainder to the couple. He clarified that he has never used one personally but views them as modern technological aids for the marital bed.
Aghasedo emphasized that this endorsement is strictly limited to people who are married. He stated that he has even recommended them to couples in specific situations to prevent infidelity. However, he drew a clear boundary regarding solitary use. According to the Apostle, using such devices outside the context of marriage equates to masturbation, which he characterizes as fornication.
