Joan Garcia, Eric Garcia, and Anthony Gordon have reported back to Barcelona after their extended post-World Cup leave. The three athletes, who represented Spain and England during the summer tournament, initiated their preseason preparations over the weekend.
During their first sessions, the group engaged in both strength training and on-field drills, working in parallel with Gavi. While these three returned, the remainder of the team took a scheduled day off following their involvement in a triangular tournament held in Udine, Italy.
The full squad is set to resume workouts at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper this Monday. Manager Hansi Flick has organized two-a-day practice sessions for Wednesday and Thursday to prepare the team for their impending exhibition match in Basel.
