Adamu Abdullahi Elleman, the Commissioner of Police for Niger State, and the incoming Commander of the 31 Artillery Brigade, Brig. Gen. K. Rabiu, have agreed to deepen their cooperation. Their goal is to improve intelligence sharing and conduct joint security missions to combat instability within the region.
This pledge occurred during a courtesy visit on Thursday at the Police Command Headquarters in Minna. Brig. Gen. Rabiu visited to establish professional ties and highlight the necessity of unified action among security forces. He identified the Police as the primary agency for internal safety and requested consistent cooperation to maximize operational impact.
CP Elleman welcomed the new commander, noting his professional reputation. He underscored that a single agency cannot handle modern security threats independently. Both leaders agreed that persistent collaboration and proactive data sharing will be instrumental in protecting the lives and property of Niger State residents.
