A Lagos State Special Offences Court has approved a N20 million bail for relationship coach Blessing CEO, who stands accused of a N69.15 million property fraud. This decision arrives six weeks into her incarceration at Kirikiri prison. Justice Rahman Oshodi set the bail at N20 million, requiring two sureties who must each demonstrate three years of tax payments matching that amount.
As part of her release conditions, the Nigerian Immigration Service has been directed to restrict her travel while the case remains active. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission originally brought charges against her on June 9, 2026, alleging that she swindled Hope Chiropractic Health Clinic Limited out of over N69 million in March 2025 by promising a property lease in Lekki. Blessing CEO entered a not guilty plea regarding the two counts of theft and obtaining funds under false pretenses. The trial is scheduled to resume on October 12, 2026.
