Despite temperatures reaching 35C, massive crowds assembled hours early to witness the festivities. The parade commenced in the Moncloa district, with Rodri showcasing the trophy from the team bus. Thousands of supporters lined the streets, eventually gathering at the iconic Cibeles Fountain to cheer on the team. During the event, player Lamine Yamal displayed a humorous sign referencing recent on-field tensions, while goalscorer Ferran Torres celebrated his decisive contribution alongside his teammates.
This victory adds to Rodri’s career milestones, placing him among an elite group of players who have secured the World Cup, the European Championship, the Champions League, and the Ballon d’Or.
