Gunshots were fired at a campaign office for U.S. Presidential nominee Kamala Harris in a suburb of Phoenix, resulting in damage but no injuries.

Several bullets were found to have damaged the building and windows following reports of gunfire after midnight on Monday, local time.

The incident, occurring just days before Harris’s planned visit to the state, is under investigation by the Tempe police.

Police report that this is the second shooting incident in two weeks targeting the same building.

According to the Arizona Republic, a similar event occurred at the office on September 16, involving shots fired from a pellet or BB gun.

“We are grateful to the Tempe Police for their swift response and thankful that no one was present or injured,” said Sean McEnerney, the Arizona Democratic Party’s coordinated campaign manager, as quoted by the AP.

This shooting follows a second attempt on the life of U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump at his West Palm Beach golf course on September 15.
