Princess Zahrah Audu Reports High Compliance Rates Among Nigerian Government Agencies

PEBEC Director General Princess Zahrah Audu reports that 98 percent of monitored Nigerian government agencies now utilize effective response mechanisms, marking a shift in service delivery and business ease.

Princess Zahrah Audu, the Director General of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC), announced that nearly all government bodies are now operating with functional response systems. Out of 69 monitored ministries, departments, and agencies, 98 percent have established reliable communication channels.

During a press briefing in Abuja on Friday, Audu highlighted progress in service delivery, transparency, and responsiveness. She noted that these organizations are successfully meeting set deadlines for inquiries received via phone and email. The improvements are a result of policy reforms introduced by the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Audu emphasized that the council prioritized technical capacity building over punitive measures to drive these changes. Rather than focusing on public criticism, the council identifies operational gaps and partners with agencies to implement practical solutions that facilitate a better business environment in Nigeria.
