A court in Abuja has postponed the assault and battery trial of rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, widely recognized as Odumodublvck, to October 13 and 14. During the recent proceedings, the claimant’s attorney, Uchenna Ojembe, stated that his client, Ogbogiri Okey Levi, also known as Kraziecent, was present and prepared to testify.
However, the defense lawyer, Damilare Adeojo, requested a delay to better prepare his case, citing a motion filed on November 25, 2025. While Ojembe objected due to the frequency of prior delays and suggested a fine of N500,000 against the defense, Adeojo contested the penalty. Justice Adeyemi Ajayi eventually urged both legal teams to maintain professional courtesy and granted the adjournment.
The lawsuit stems from an incident in December 2024 at a public event, where Kraziecent claims the rapper attacked him and damaged his iPhone 15 Pro Max without cause. The plaintiff is seeking compensation for medical bills, a public apology, or N2 billion in damages for the emotional distress caused.
