Uyi Ogbebor, the CEO of Vaniti Lagos, has issued a sharp warning to detractors criticizing his nightclub, threatening to demonstrate his influence if the harassment continues.

Known as Sir Uyi, he took to his Instagram account to address recent accusations alleging that his establishment distributes counterfeit beverages.

Dismissing the claims as baseless, Ogbebor emphasized his broader economic footprint. He stated that his humility should not be mistaken for weakness, noting that he works tirelessly to build his livelihood.

He highlighted his role as a major employer, providing jobs for over 1,300 Nigerians, which he argued provides significant stability for those families compared to superficial displays of status.

Regarding the controversy, Ogbebor asserted that his nightclubs represent only a small fraction of his diverse business portfolio. He cautioned critics to leave him to his operations, hinting that he possesses significant personal and professional strength if provoked.

His media team also addressed the situation, attributing the negative publicity to political motivations.

They emphasized that Ogbebor maintains a strictly apolitical stance and warned that they would actively protect his long-standing professional reputation from those attempting to undermine his ventures due to his refusal to participate in political affiliations.
