The Ukrainian-American entrepreneur behind the adult subscription giant OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, has died following a protracted struggle with cancer.

A corporate representative confirmed on Monday that the 43-year-old billionaire passed away peacefully at his residence in Pompano Beach, Florida. While the company expressed profound grief over the loss, his family has requested a period of seclusion to mourn.

Radvinsky, who possessed a net worth of approximately $4.7 billion, acquired a controlling interest in OnlyFans’ parent firm, Fenix International Limited, in 2018.

Under his leadership, the platform evolved into a massive financial success, with creator payouts and user spending reaching unprecedented heights, including a record $7.2 billion in 2024.

This growth allowed Radvinsky to collect nearly $1.8 billion in personal dividends over a four-year span ending in 2025.

Beyond his association with the adult entertainment industry, Radvinsky was an active venture capitalist and contributor to various charitable causes.

Despite the platform’s financial triumphs, his recent efforts to divest his stake in the company reportedly faced obstacles, as potential buyers were hesitant due to the nature of the website’s primary content. He is survived by his family in Florida, where he had established his long-term home.
