The powerful undersea quake struck the Kamchatka Peninsula on Wednesday, July 30, marking the most significant seismic event in the region since 1952, according to Russian scientists.
CCTV footage captured the remarkable moment, showing the surgical team calmly stabilizing the patient and proceeding with the procedure even as the operating room trembled. The video quickly went viral, drawing widespread admiration online.
