This time, the 35-year-old athlete from Ayr returned to the podium stage in Glasgow. Alongside teammates Lea Smith, Kayli English, and Jodie Waite, Love secured a silver medal for Scotland after a challenging final against England, following an impressive victory over Australia earlier in the day.
For the men’s wheelchair 3×3 basketball team, the path to success was equally hard-fought. After suffering heartbreak in previous Games, veterans Kyle Jimenez and Ross Malcolm—joined by Skylar White and Owen McCormack—finally broke through.
