Brazilian winger Savinho is reportedly willing to depart Manchester City, with Tottenham emerging as a potential destination. The 22-year-old has caught the attention of Spurs head coach Roberto de Zerbi, and Manchester City management is currently monitoring the situation. Sources indicate that the player is eager to finalize a move during the current transfer window, with preliminary discussions already occurring.
Savinho transferred to the Etihad Stadium from Troyes for 30.8 million pounds in July 2024, following a successful loan stint at Girona. Although Tottenham attempted to secure the winger last summer, City declined to sell at that time. Consequently, Savinho committed to a contract extension last October, which runs through 2031.
During his debut season under Pep Guardiola, Savinho proved to be a consistent presence, making 48 appearances and scoring three goals. However, his opportunities decreased in the following campaign, where he recorded 36 appearances. The arrival of competitors like Rayan Cherki and Antoine Semenyo has significantly impacted his prospects for a starting role.
