The West Indies resumed their second innings at 103-6 and were bundled out for 117 shortly after the start of play on Wednesday. Brandon King was ruled absent hurt, leaving the hosts unable to build on their thin lead. Pakistani spinners Sajid Khan and Ali Usman were instrumental in the collapse, each claiming four wickets to stifle the West Indies lineup.
Although Pakistan lost Imam-ul-Haq and Azan Awais during the short chase, Shafique and Azam ensured no further setbacks occurred. This win concludes a difficult stretch of eight successive away losses for Pakistan, dating back to their victory over Sri Lanka in July 2023.
