A man is in custody on suspicion of murder following the fatal stabbing of a woman in Hayes, west London. Metropolitan Police officers arrived at a home on Uxbridge Road shortly before 08:00 BST, where they discovered a 24-year-old woman suffering from stab wounds. Paramedics attempted to save her, but she was declared dead at the site.
A male in his 20s was discovered outside the residence with similar injuries, and authorities are currently waiting for information regarding his current medical status. Shortly after, police located a 44-year-old man who fit the description of the suspect. He was taken into custody and transported to a medical facility for treatment for injuries sustained, which are believed to have occurred when he jumped from a window.
