Governor Adeleke Commissions Oke-Fia Flyover, Encourages High Voter Participation

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has called for a high voter turnout for the August 15 election while commissioning the newly completed Oke-Fia Flyover in Osogbo.

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has encouraged citizens to cast their ballots during the upcoming August 15 governorship election. Speaking during the opening of the new Oke-Fia Flyover in Osogbo, the governor emphasized that strong voter engagement is essential for the continued health of the state’s democracy.

Adeleke urged eligible residents to participate peacefully, noting that he remains dedicated to completing further developmental initiatives if he secures another term. He took the opportunity to thank the public for their ongoing support of his administration’s projects.

During the ceremony, the Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun, was represented by Justice Moshood Adeigbe (retd.). The monarch praised the governor for his focus on infrastructure, noting that the new flyover would improve traffic movement and modernize the city. Many local leaders and residents gathered at the site to celebrate the completion of the project.
