CBEX: EFCC Declares Wanted Notice For Two Additional Individuals
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared two additional individuals wanted in connection with a multi-million naira fraud linked to Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX), a digital trading platform.
The suspects, identified as Folashade Odelana and Bamidele Ayodele Abiodun, are accused of orchestrating fraudulent schemes that resulted in major financial losses for unsuspecting investors.
In a notice posted on its official social media channels on Wednesday, June 4, the EFCC urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspects to come forward.
The agency reiterated its commitment to combating cyber-related financial crimes, particularly within the fast-growing digital asset sector.
This development follows the collapse of CBEX in April, which reportedly wiped out over N1.3 trillion from investors’ wallets, leaving many Nigerians financially devastated.
