Aisha Yesufu Demands Government Release CCTV Footage of Oyo Kidnappers

Aisha Yesufu has criticized the Nigerian government for fixating on Peter Obi’s airport parking dispute while failing to provide CCTV evidence of the kidnappers who abducted students in Oyo.

Activist Aisha Yesufu has publicly urged the Nigerian government to disclose security camera footage showing the individuals responsible for the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State. She issued this demand via social media on Saturday morning.

Her comments were a direct response to Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo, who recently insisted that Peter Obi, the Nigeria Democratic Congress presidential candidate, should offer an apology and pay a 25 million naira fine. Keyamo claimed Obi violated parking rules at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. This dispute follows claims from Obi that the current administration is actively targeting him and causing him daily distress.

Dismissing the government’s focus on the airport incident, Yesufu labeled officials as cowards. She emphasized that the administration prioritizes trivial matters while failing to track down criminals who terrorize the population.
