ADC leader claims Tinubu provided fake credentials to electoral body

African Democratic Congress chieftain Kalu Kalu alleges that President Bola Tinubu has submitted falsified academic documents to electoral authorities since 1999.

Kalu Kalu, a prominent figure within the African Democratic Congress, maintained on Thursday that President Bola Tinubu has consistently provided fraudulent documentation to the Independent National Electoral Commission since 1999. During an appearance on the Channels Television program Politics Today, Kalu addressed the ongoing debate regarding Tinubu’s omitted educational records on official election forms.

Although the President did not include primary or secondary school credentials in his submissions, Kalu argued that the files currently on record are illegitimate. Referencing the Nigerian Constitution, Kalu noted that presenting forged papers to the commission disqualifies an individual from presidential candidacy. He explicitly challenged the President and his representatives to refute the allegation that claims regarding attendance at Saint Paul’s Primary School in Ibadan are fabricated.
