Mohamed Kamal, the head coach for the Egyptian women’s national team, expects a demanding encounter when his side meets Nigeria’s Super Falcons. The two teams are scheduled to play their last group match of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Rabat this evening.

Egypt has struggled throughout the competition, suffering a 6-0 loss to Zambia followed by a 3-1 defeat to Malawi. To qualify for the quarter-finals, Kamal’s squad requires a significant victory over Nigeria along with a favorable outcome in the other group fixture.

Kamal acknowledged the strength of the Nigerian team, noting that their international experience and talent set them apart.
