Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, who leads the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Campaign Council for the Osun governorship race, has directed council members to prioritize winning the upcoming election above all else. He emphasized that this is a critical task rather than a social engagement.
During a gathering at the Kano State Governor’s Lodge in Abuja on Monday, Uzodinma insisted that every member contribute effectively. He instructed all subcommittees to draft and submit their strategic proposals by Thursday to bolster the party’s campaign efforts ahead of the August 15 poll.
The council chairman underscored that the primary goal is success at the polls, noting that other matters remain secondary. He requested that subcommittee leaders forward their plans to the national secretary, promising that the Central Working Committee will facilitate the necessary support to ensure these objectives are achieved.
