Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan, the Nigerian singer recognized as Cynthia Morgan, has publicly labeled music executive Jude Okoye as a divisive and harmful figure. Through a series of Instagram updates on Monday, she claimed that Okoye possesses the ability to distort reality regardless of whether cameras are present.
Morgan emphasized that she has personally experienced his actions, stating she is a direct witness to his behavior. She noted that because Okoye has released private chats and emails to support his position, she believes the legal system is the only remaining avenue to uncover the facts.
The singer also took issue with Okoye’s comments regarding his brother, Peter Okoye, also known as Mr P. She criticized Okoye for suggesting that Peter was failing in his career, arguing that such remarks highlight his toxic nature. Morgan countered this by pointing out that Peter’s recent musical work has successfully gained traction.
This public confrontation stems from the longstanding conflict between Jude Okoye and his brother. Morgan, who was signed to Okoye’s Northside Entertainment Inc. in 2013, previously revealed in 2020 that her association with the label led to the loss of her professional name, social media control, and royalty earnings, causing her significant personal distress.
