VeryDarkMan Assists Police in Raid on Suspected Abuja Baby Factory

Activist Martins Vincent Otse accompanied the Nigeria Police Force during a raid on a suspected illegal baby factory in Abuja following reports of child trafficking.

Social media personality Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, joined forces with the Nigeria Police Force’s Special Tactical Squad for a raid on a purported baby factory located in Karshi, Abuja. The mission was triggered by claims regarding the sale of a newborn child.

Documenting the raid on his social media accounts, Otse stated that the team began their operation at 4:00 a.m. Upon reaching the site an hour later, they discovered a delivery currently in progress. During the inspection, authorities observed the midwife’s daughter wearing medical gloves, while a young boy at the scene indicated his mother was assisting a patient.

A 21-year-old woman, who appeared pregnant, claimed to be married. The midwife, a native of Enugu State, refuted accusations that her facility operated as a baby factory, asserting that a previous patient had simply delivered and departed with her child. However, the complainant countered this, alleging that a surrogate agent named Kemi handled transactions. The complainant also accused the facility staff of forcing labor through multiple injections, noting that the midwife’s son, a student nurse, was administering treatments despite lacking professional licensing.

Otse highlighted the unsanitary state of the facility and the improper storage of medication during his broadcast. The Nigeria Police Force has yet to provide an official report or verification regarding the events captured in the videos.
