In a video circulating on social media, the man emphasized that Kano will not accommodate the criminal activities seen elsewhere.
The speaker declared that Kano is distinct from states like Katsina, Zamfara, and Sokoto. He asserted that the local population has a history of successfully resisting extremist threats, citing past victories against groups such as Boko Haram and the Maitatsine sect. He warned any would-be attackers that entering the state would be a fatal mistake for them.
