Seriake Dickson, a prominent figure in the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has asserted that President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) face a significant defeat in the upcoming 2027 general elections. During an appearance on the Channels Television program ‘Politics Today’ this past Sunday, Dickson emphasized that the current administration has failed to address the needs and desires of the populace.
While expressing confidence in an opposition victory, Dickson noted that the final outcome rests with the citizens of Nigeria. He urged the government to refrain from limiting the political environment through legal tactics. Addressing the judiciary, he appealed for the institution to maintain its integrity, warning against allowing ambitious political actors to undermine the stability of the democratic process.
